Where do the students experience transformation in their lives?

I dont know what to do, she does not go to a therapie, she says she will manage to kill herself in one day anyway and she does not believe she can cure.

She drinks so much, she sometimes takes drugs, sometimes cuts herself, she told me she tried to commit a suicide 2 times already.

She yells to me, accuses me I am interested in other girls, cries, pushes me, throws me some stuffs and next day she says sorry.

She is 26. However, she drinks so much and when she drinks, she becomes so aggressive towards me.
