I am still able to write several paragraphs of dream recall most likely due to the supplements

Every attempt day that I perform a WBTB I almost guarantee a 95% chance of lucid dreaming for several hours. If any of you have similar experiences. I'm surprised that you can have consistent results without waiting 3-4 days for G to leave your body. I would like to ask you about wbtb's how long are they, what do you do or eat and when you perform them?
