I am at my end here what do I do to punish this spawn of Satan and get him to clean up the trash I put in his room before we get rats.

My son is a terrible child who refuses to clean his room no matter how messy it gets, I yell at him constantly and all he will do is make up excuses that he is to busy with his job or school or that he is playing minecraft.
