Contractions 6-8 minutes apart but VERY painful, what do i do?

Norah:
My contractions have been steady for 3 days and range from 5 to 10 minutes apart, right now they are ranging from about 6 up to even 8 or 10 minutes apart but they have gotten extremely painful.
