One more pattern is almost ready to be released

The reason I was wondering is because she isn't really starving or suffering or anything.

Her mom also doesn't let her cook very often because she doesn't like cleaning dishes, so she has to eat canned goods a lot of the time when they aren't eating out.

They have to pay more back than what they receive at the beginning of that month, so if they quit getting them they probably wouldn't even be able to pay for bills.

They do, however, get loans every month.

They live around the poverty line, and they used to get food stamps but her mom didn't want to fill out the paper so now they don't even get those.

My friend told me that her mother also makes her eat out for the first half of the month because she (the mother) is too lazy to walk with her so they can save money and buy groceries.

I'm not really sure if this classifies as neglect or not, but here's what they told me: They said that her mother doesn't clean the house, the mother's bedroom is full of stuff so they can't even enter there.
