I'm an adult now so like next weekend is just the inabilty to be two places at once (not anything where I am being restricted) but the anxiety from the trauma opens.

Holidays are another trigger like next weekend as sometimes we just see our mother and her family (like next weekend) and it reminds me of when a kid and I had no access to my Dad and felt responsible.
