I know this behavior is unexcusable but its so hard for me.i have overspanked her and i used to use harsh force when picking her up that have left marks.i have cried nyself to sleep over it because i hate myself for doing it.

I have always suffered from depression and anxiety my own mother who didnt raise me was abusive to my sister and i want to break the cycle.
