We all felt bad, our Director told another dept manager that it was my Catlyn's birthday and walked out of the room.

Catlyn who was celebrating her birthday that same day, was in tears, she threw up and my manager send her home sick.

This other employee (Allison) knowing she had lied to my Director about Catlyn , resigned on the spot.

When Catlyn went to defend herself he shrugged her off as lying.

He had never investigated any of this Allison's accusations against Catlyn, but took Allison's word for it.

He didn't listen, so the next day, the day of the birthday my Director unleashed a rapid fire of insults, accusations and harsh words for Catlyn.
